I tried a radio tracker but she was constantly out of range! I am extremly pleased with the product and was surprised how light it was although it is bigger than I expected (about the size of a small match box. I weighed it with my cats collar, name tag and catplap magnet and found it weighed less than 2ounces. It looks a little big but she wasn't at all phased by it and I am at rest as I can just call her and look online to get an idea of her location. I was, however dissapointed with the mapping site which is reccommended as it didn't seem up to date, having the whole park behind my house missing!! Which was frustrating as this is where she goes. I did however find www.multimap.com very useful. This is also a free and easy site to use.
